"Am I the only one having playback issues?"
I really wanted to like Up Faith & Family because the shows are actually nice, but the streaming has been frustrating. The picture gets blurry a lot, it buffers in the middle of episodes even though my WiFi is working fine, and sometimes it even jumps back a few seconds or just freezes completely. I don’t feel like watching a show should take this much effort, right? I’m keeping it for now because I do like the content, but the playback quality really needs to be fixed.

"A Nice, Worry-Free Option for Family Watching"
I like Up Faith and Family because, it’s just nice not having to stress over every little thing my kids might come across. Most of the shows feel clean and safe, which is kind of what you’d expect from a family app. We usually put it on for movie nights or when the kids just want something easy to watch. Sure, not every show is a favorite, but that’s the case anywhere. As a parent, it’s nice having a calmer option that doesn’t come with all the extra junk you find on a lot of other streaming apps.

"Cheap-feeling originals and frustrating support"
Most of the originals feel kind of cheap and boring to me. I was hoping for something with more personality, but a lot of it just feels generic. And when I tried emailing about it, the replies felt like they were written by robots, not actual people, which made the whole experience even more frustrating.

"Pretty good, just a little glitchy sometimes"
I like a decent number of the shows on here, so overall I’d say it’s worth using. The only thing is the stream freezes on me sometimes, mostly at night for some reason. Reloading usually fixes it, so it’s not a huge deal, but it does get annoying when it happens a few times in one evening.

"Quick support, but clearer instructions would help"
I had trouble logging in and reached out to support. They got back to me quickly and fixed the issue without making me wait around, which I really appreciated. I do wish the instructions were a bit clearer upfront, but overall I’m happy with the support

I’ve actually been pleasantly surprised by the movie choices on Up Faith & Family. There’s a nice mix of options, so it doesn’t feel like I’m seeing the same kind of movie over and over. It’s been easy to find something for family night, or even just something calm to put on when I want to relax

"Pretty Easy Signup"
Signing up was straightforward and didn’t take much time. I’m usually a bit picky about this kind of thing because I don’t like wasting time on clunky setups, but I got my account going without any real hassle. I did have to poke around for a minute to find one setting, though. Overall, it was smooth enough by my standards.

I’ve been using Up Faith & Family for a while now, i don’t get the complaints about there not being enough to watch. They add new stuff regularly, so it’s not like I’m opening the app and seeing the exact same shows every week. For our family nights, there’s usually something fresh to check out, and that’s really all I’m looking for. I’ve been happy with it so far.

I saw their ad and ended up giving it a try for our family movie nights. I don’t remember every little step of signing up, which probably means it was painless, and there weren’t any weird surprises. What I do remember is my kids actually finding things they wanted to watch, so that was a win...

I started using the recommendations more around last month, or maybe late the month before, I can’t remember exactly. They’re usually close to what I actually like, especially when I’m looking for family movies or something lighter to watch. Every now and then it throws in something kind of random, but nothing too annoying. It definitely helps when I don’t feel like scrolling forever just to pick something.

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about signing up: the shows are decent, and I do like some of the content, but the app has been really frustrating on my older smart TV. It freezes constantly and sometimes won’t even load at all. It works fine enough on my phone, but i’m not paying this much just to watch everything on a small screen. For the price, I expected the app to work smoothly across more devices. If you have an older TV, I’d definitely check compatibility before committing.

"Cost a Bit More Than I Thought"
It wasn’t super expensive or anything, like not a shocking price, not luxury-level, not one of those purchases where you immediately regret it, but it still ended up being more than I expected. Kind of like when you grab a few things at the store and the total is somehow higher than it should be, or when delivery fees sneak in, or when a small repair turns into a bigger bill. Overall, not terrible, just a little pricier than I had in mind.
